The opportunity
The Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships will be vital in supporting the day-to-day execution of corporate partnership activities at Heart & Stroke. This role is focused on coordinating the fulfillment of partner agreements, managing contracts, maintaining accurate records in our CRM, and developing supporting resources for our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Please note H&S offers hybrid option. Candidates must be able to travel to the Toronto office when requested.
How you will make an impact every day
Partnership Fulfillment and Coordination:
Coordinate the implementation and delivery of corporate partnership agreements, ensuring all obligations and deliverables are fulfilled on time
Act as a liaison between corporate partners and internal teams to facilitate seamless execution of partnership activities
Assist with preparing partner-facing materials, including presentations, reports, and stewardship materials
Maintain regular communication with partners to address questions and provide updates on partnership activities
Coordinate approval processes for partner marketing materials and recognition elements
Contract and Data Management
Support the management of partnership contracts, including tracking key dates and deliverables
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Create and distribute regular reports on partnership activities and performance
Assist with the development and maintenance of a centralized repository for partnership opportunities and proposal templates
Coordinate and track partnership revenue recognition with Finance team
Sales Support and Resource Development
Assist with coordinating cross-functional meetings to explore new partnership opportunities
Support the development of fundable opportunities that align with the needs of corporate partners
Coordinate website updates for corporate partner recognition
Help organize and document partnership activation ideas and best practices
Contribute to the development of standardized processes for partnership management
Who we need
Education
Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field
Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate partnerships, account coordination, marketing, or fundraising
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Experience in the non-profit sector is an asset
Skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive problem-solving ability and solution-oriented mindset
Understanding of corporate partnership dynamics and marketing principles
